1. General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk222 platform and all services, websites, mobile applications, and related activities under it. By accessing tk222, registering, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation
This document has been written in Bengali and the Bengali version is the legally binding one. In the event of any conflict with a translation or version in another language, the Bengali version will take precedence. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any registered account holder.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Residency Requirements
To open an account on tk222 and take part in any casino or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. A national ID card or passport may be requested to verify age. If false information is provided during registration, the account and all associated balances will be forfeited.
Only one account may be opened per person, in your own name and for your own use. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and associated winnings may be forfeited.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
You must provide your full name, correct mobile number, and email address at registration. Account details will be verified at the time of withdrawal — so any incorrect information may delay the withdrawal process. tk222 may request additional verification documents at any time.
2.3 Accounts on Behalf of Third Parties
Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Each member must play under their own identity. Family members must each use separate accounts.
3. Account Security
3.1 Protecting Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access or unusual activity, you must inform our support team immediately.
If you forget your password, it can be recovered via OTP verification. For security purposes, it is recommended that you change your password regularly.
3.2 SSL Protection
The tk222 site uses SSL encryption, which keeps your transactions and personal information secure. However, avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal may be held.
4.3 Matching Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
To prevent money laundering, tk222 verifies that the withdrawal method is consistent with the deposit method. Any unusual or inconsistent transaction may be held for investigation and additional verification documents may be requested.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New tk222 members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000. However, before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in wagers.
A bonus is never a substitute for cash. If the required wagering conditions are not met, neither the bonus nor any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
5.2 VIP Cashback
tk222's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is given at each level based on weekly net losses. Example: as a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week earns ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Attempting to abuse or manipulate bonus offers is a clear violation of tk222's terms. If suspicious patterns are detected, tk222 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and winnings and close the account.
6. Game Rules
6.1 Software and Fair Play
The tk222 platform runs games from various verified game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. Every game is operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures game outcomes remain fair.
Using bots, automated software, or any unfair technique to play is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, server issue, or any other technical fault, tk222 will use system log data to determine the outcome of that round. tk222's decision in this matter will be considered final.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
Certain games or bonus rounds may have a maximum win amount set for a single bet. Where such a limit applies, it will be stated in the rules of the relevant game.
7. Responsible Conduct
7.1 Setting Your Own Limits

7.2 Protection of Minors
Access to tk222 is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. If younger family members use your device, please use parental control software and make sure to log out after each session.
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 Activities That Are Strictly Prohibited
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Playing using bots, macros, or any other automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Accessing or hacking another member's account.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity against other members.
- Opening or operating an account under a false identity.
8.2 Consequences
If any of the above activities are proven, tk222 reserves the right to permanently terminate the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure at User Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Please settle any pending bets or withdrawals before making the request. Any active bonuses will be cancelled when the account is closed.
9.2 Suspension or Cancellation by tk222
tk222 may suspend or cancel any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons. To recover an account, contact the support team and provide the required documents.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Compensation for Service Interruptions
tk222 is not obligated to provide compensation for losses incurred during a temporary service interruption caused by server downtime, maintenance, or unexpected technical issues. However, scheduled maintenance times will be communicated in advance.
10.2 Third-Party Services
tk222 is not responsible for service interruptions by payment gateways such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. For such issues, contact the relevant payment provider and also let us know.
10.3 Liability for Gaming Losses
Any money lost on bets or games is entirely at the member's own decision and risk. tk222 does not provide compensation for gaming losses. Members should play within their own financial means.
11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Resolution Process

12. Changes to Terms

tk222 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notification.
12.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms
Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any change, stop using the site and request account closure if needed.
